    The LATAM Region is composed by 7 plants in Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Costa Rica and Mexico.

    Responsibilities

    As LATAM HR Director, the person will be an integral member of the leadership team, providing proactive and value-added HR solutions to help improve the regional organizational capability and effectiveness aligning to Maccaferri Group Corporate strategy.

     

    Reporting locally to the Regional CEO and globally to the Group HR Director, the suitable candidate will be responsible for the achivement of the main strategic goals including:

     

    • Compensation and benefits- Set the compensation levels and benefits package across the organization to ensure internal equity.
    • Employee retention - Develop retention strategies for the competitive market.
    • Talent & Leadership Development.
    • Performance management- Support the Regional implementation of the new Group Performance Review System and lead formal annual objectives setting.
    • Employee relations 
    • Talent attraction & acquisition– Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring Maccaferri remains competitive and an attractive employer as competition grows. 
    • HR systems & processes, policies & procedures - Maintence of the current systems and implement best practice initiatives.

    The person will be also responsible for the budgeting process related to the regional cost of personnel and wil run the human resources department in LATAM region. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
    • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
    • Developed experience in international manufacturing companies operating in multi -countries in LATAM Region
