    Reporting to the CHRO the person will be responsible for all change projects ensuring high quality management of colleague impacts across all assigned change programmes. 

    Main activities:


    • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of change management into project delivery plans whilst constantly gathering feedback to understand business priorities and their impact.
    • Lead and oversee the development and delivery of change management solutions to projects across Maccaferri Group including all functions and global locations.
    • Ensure these solutions minimise disruption and maximise colleague adoption of project solutions through application of high quality change management techniques.
    • Develop, own and continually improve the Change Management Toolkit including incorporation of lessons learned. 
    • Ensure all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet the project milestones and achieve the desired benefits
    • Ensure the business engagement is undertaken with enterprise stakeholder management.
    • Support ad-hoc requests and provide in house consultancy.
    • Undertake the delivery of any change programmes as required.
    • Prioritise activities to ensure critical deliverables are achieved


    • A Master Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of Change Management experience
    • Demonstrated capability in enterprise level people, process and technology change
    • Excellent understanding of how organizations and people adapt and respond to change
    • Advanced English knowledge
