    The resource will be the point of contact between the Business Department and IT Department with specific focus and expertise in the SD and MM module of SAP.


    Key elements of the role and responsabilities are:

    • Governance of SAP SD/MM module;
    • Collection, analysis and prioritization of business requirements;
    • Analysis and optimization of business processes in SAP and, closely with IT Department, processing/evaluation of relevant SAP SD/MM change requests;
    • Involvement both during SAP roll-out and day-by-day for supporting SAP delivery activities: analysis, functional design, user test, training, follow-up;
    • Global support for SD/MM topics;
    • Training and support of final users, Local and Regional Key Users (both for Incident Analysis and “how to” requests).


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


    • Master Degree preferable in Management Engineering;
    • 2-3 years at least of experience as a SAP Key User or in SAP implementation/transformation Projects
    • Strong SAP Skills (SD and MM);
    • Excellent written and spoken English;
    • Experience in Microsoft Office packages (advanced knowledge of Excel);
    • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of operational processes in production, Purchasing and inventory management;
    • Structured and accurate approach to work;
    • Strong Communication Skills and ability to work autonomously;
    • Ability to work under pressure.
