    In this role this person will work in close collaboration with the Company executive team, product managers, engineering leads, finance leads, and other business functions to deliver high impact business results. This individual will therefore have a significant opportunity to impact the growth, direction and future acquisition portfolio.

    Main responsabilities:

    • Led Strategic Planning and Business Development, in charge of all M&A activities and post-merger processes.
    • Valuation of potential M&A targets 
    • Business due-diligence
    • Market analysis
    • Competitors benchmarking and strategic fit valuation 
    • Support to top management for preparation of Board of Directors documents.


    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of 6/7 years releted professional experience is required.
    • Experience with detailed financial modeling and analysis is highly desirable.
    • Experience interfacing with all levels of management is required.
